Latitude Adjustment is a wonderful 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom waterfront home on Shadow Lake in Concord Vermont. The home is great for family trips, getaways with friends, and more!  Enjoy stunning sunsets over the lake with front row views from the second-floor deck, backyard patio and fire pit, or off the private dock down by the water’s edge. You’re sure to enjoy the combination of the home and nature in the palm of your hand!

This is a NO smoking and NO PETS home.

A long dead end dirt road off the main road brings you to the front of our home with ample parking for 5-6 cars. A partial wrap-around deck brings you from the home’s main entrance and two car garage to the back of the home. As you pull up you can see down the backyard to our beautiful lake and property that the home sits on.

As you enter the home, you see that it has a beautiful open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with a high ceiling and exposed wood beams. You’ll love the large windows that pour sunlight into this room, and the two sliding doors opening out to the deck which is a wonderful place to enjoy the start of the day with a good cup of coffee!

You’ll find 2 queen bedrooms on the main floor with a full bathroom as well as stacked washer and dryer in the hallway.  On the second floor, the large master king bedroom connects to a full bathroom with whirlpool tub.  A loft over looks the main living area and has a clear view of the lake beyond.

Downstairs, the lower level provides an additional spacious living area and convenient walkout to the backyard stone patio. On this level, there is a bunkroom with 2 sets of full over full bunkbeds as well as a full bathroom.  The living area includes access to a bar, pool table, second television, and large seating area.

 

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
